MQ-131 ozone gas sensor- measures ozone concentration (Emitted by air purifiers, germicidal lamps)

MP503 VOC Sensor - VOC Detection (found in detergents, cleaners, paints, air fresheners)

MEMS Nitrogen Dioxide NO2 Gas Detection Sensor (Breakout, 0.1-10ppm) - Gas from vehicle exhaust, power plants, and burning fossil fuels

Sulfur Dioxide sensor- Emitted by burning coal, oil, and diesel — and industrial activity


NB: EPA establishes an AQI for five major air pollutants regulated by the Clean Air Act. Each of these pollutants has a national air quality standard set by EPA to protect public health:

  • ground-level ozone

  • particle pollution (also known as particulate matter, including PM2.5 and PM10)

  • carbon monoxide

  • sulfur dioxide

  • nitrogen dioxide
