Employee Integrity Policy

1. Introduction

At Geviton Enterprises Ltd, we believe that integrity is the foundation of a strong, responsible, and successful organization. This Employee Integrity Policy outlines the principles and expectations that guide employee behavior and decision-making, ensuring that all actions taken reflect honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, interns, contractors, consultants, and any other individuals representing Geviton, regardless of role or seniority.

3. Integrity Principles

3.1 Honesty and Accountability

  • Employees must act truthfully and honor their commitments.

  • Any form of dishonesty, misrepresentation of facts, or manipulation of information is prohibited.

  • Employees are accountable for their actions and must report mistakes immediately.

3.2 Transparency in Conduct

  • Decisions and actions must be based on facts, fairness, and company policy.

  • Conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise, must be disclosed immediately to management.

  • Employees must avoid engaging in activities that may compromise the company’s reputation or interests.

3.3 Respect for Company Resources

  • Employees must use company property, data, and resources responsibly and only for authorized business purposes.

  • Fraud, theft, or unauthorized use of company assets is strictly forbidden and subject to disciplinary action.

4. Professional Conduct

4.1 Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Employees must protect confidential information related to clients, partners, and company operations.

  • Disclosure of sensitive data to unauthorized parties—internal or external—is a breach of trust and may result in legal action.

4.2 Bribery and Corruption

  • Offering, soliciting, or accepting bribes or kickbacks is strictly prohibited.

  • All business dealings must be conducted ethically and in compliance with anti-corruption laws.

4.3 Fair Dealing

  • Employees must not take unfair advantage of colleagues, customers, suppliers, or competitors through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, or misrepresentation.

5. Reporting and Whistleblowing

  • Employees are encouraged to report suspected violations of this policy through proper channels without fear of retaliation.

  • Geviton provides a secure and anonymous whistleblowing mechanism.

  • All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.

6. Disciplinary Action

Violations of this policy may lead to disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Suspension

  • Termination of employment

  • Legal action, where applicable

7. Policy Awareness and Training

  • All employees will receive training on this policy as part of onboarding and during regular integrity awareness sessions.

  • Managers are responsible for reinforcing the importance of ethical behavior within their teams.

8. Review and Amendments

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it reflects current laws, regulations, and best practices. Any revisions must be approved by the Board and communicated to all employees.
